Our second offering. This sauce starts out sweet and takes you through wonderful layers of flavor, topping off the experience with a nice degree of heat. Not too hot—just enough to tickle your toes! Works well in desserts, salads, fish, marinades and more.
This sauce took first place in the Big Island Bar-B-Que competition in 2009!
I use this sauce in salads, desserts, cook salmon marinate chicken, shrimp and pork and grill with this sauce.
